Phone Updates and customer service

So crazy AT&T customer service is so bad... Flat out lying to me for their own reasons. Probably to hit a quota or something. Idk if they just don't know how do their job or if they were maliciously trying to get me to take a worse plan, framing it as an upgrade, when there were clear downsides I found from my own research. And they continued to say there wasn't any issue with changing the plans even when I pushed them on it repeatedly. Absolutely insane!! A lot more issues too but now I'm really pissed at them. I'm not personally upset just more angry at the fact this stuff likely works and so many people were likely fucked over. Whether they didn't have the time to deal with it or they just didn't know and blindly trusted their support. Crazy stuff.

Good news tho I'm upgrading to the new Samsung Fold Ultra!!! Should be free well I'm working on that. They owe me that much that's for sure.

Idea: little baby AI mini phone toy robot with a screen. They would be like devices that can walk and have cool upgrades like springs n shit gears too why not. can orchestrate and update u on stuff or play with each other. Maybe a car one. All of them run local AI and talk
